My goal is to ensure that you receive the highest quality prints, made and packed with love, and that your experience with your order is a positive one. If for any reason you are unsatisfied or have any concerns about your purchase, please refer to the returns policy below.
When Refunds or Replacements Are Available
Refunds or replacements will be considered if:
• Your artwork or print arrives damaged during shipping.
• There is a pre-existing defect in the item.
Timeframe for Reporting Issues
Please contact me at artbyhadeel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damage or defect.
When Refunds or Returns Are Not Accepted
Refunds or replacements are not available for:
• Change of mind.
• Accidental damage or wear after delivery.
• Modifications or alterations by the buyer.
• Original artwork, unless damaged in transit.
Return or Replacement Process
1. Contact me at artbyhadeel@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photos.
2. I’ll review your request and may ask for additional information.
3. Once approved, I’ll arrange a refund or replacement. Please do not return any items without prior approval.
Lost Shipments
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact me so I can assist with a claim. A replacement or refund may be provided depending on the outcome.
