1.3 Prohibited Conduct: You must not misuse or interfere with the website, attempt to access the site using automated tools, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
2.1 Product Information: I strive to provide accurate descriptions, but colours and materials may vary between images and the final physical product.
2.2 Placing an Order: To purchase, select your product, follow checkout instructions, and provide complete billing and shipping details. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
2.3 Order Acceptance: I reserve the right to accept or reject any order at my discretion. If an order needs to be cancelled (for example, due to payment issues, stock problems, or suspected fraud), I will notify you and issue a refund to the original payment method.

4.1 Change-of-mind: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds if you change your mind.
4.2 Damaged on Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please contact artbyhadeel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
4.3 Approved Claims: If a damage claim is approved, I will offer either a replacement or refund (including shipping) in line with your legal rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5.1 Copyright Ownership: All artworks, prints, images, and text on this website are protected by copyright and remain the property of Art by Hadeel.
5.2 Restrictions on Use: Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright. You may not reproduce, copy, or commercially exploit purchased artwork without prior written permission.
5.3 Reproductions and Promotion: I reserve the right to photograph, share, and reproduce artworks (including sold and commissioned works) for promotional purposes, prints, or merchandise. Exclusive rights preventing reproduction must be agreed in writing before purchase and may incur an additional fee.
6.1 “As Is” Products: To the maximum extent allowed by law, Art by Hadeel provides the website and all products “as is.” This means we do not make promises or guarantees about the products being perfect for any particular use, their quality for sale, or their suitability for a specific purpose.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: Art by Hadeel is not responsible for any indirect or unexpected loss that may happen from using the website or buying products, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
